Does anyone know a great workout for drummers? Is Yoga good or anything you guys want to recommend? I've been doing a lot of stretching before and after playing and it seems to help, but nothing formal or targeted just for drummers. Thanks, Shoni
Yoga is the best form of fitness I have ever encountered. I used to have terrible back pain and 2 months into yoga it all went away. Specifically flow yoga and bikram yoga are the two I would recommend. Yoga keeps you flexible, supple, thin, and surprisingly strong. You will be able to do things you never thought were possible!
